A compulsory charge of €70 per booking for end of stay clean (paid locally).
A £150 breakage/damage deposit is also required, this will normally be refunded within 10 days of holiday ending, subject to Property Managers report.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before holiday commences.
An optional interim clean can be arranged locally, the cost is approx. €30.
