Above weekly prices are based on maximum of 4 persons sharing.
(An additional charge of £60 per week is payable if more than 4 are sharing)

A compulsory charge of 60 euro per booking is payable for end of stay clean.
(80 euro if more than 4 persons are sharing)
Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge but must be pre booked
A £150 breakage/damage deposit is also required, this will normally be
refunded within 10 days of holiday ending, subject to Property Managers
report.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, the balance
is due no later than 6 weeks before holiday commences.
An optional interim clean can be arranged locally, the cost is approx. €40.
